With 200+ people at my first company kick-off, it was hard to meet anyone outside my own department.

I messaged our CEO with an idea for a game for the annual kick-off. A few days later there was a taskforce, and a 3D printer was running batches of NFC badges overnight.
Paddlecards is a web app where people collect customers as cards by finding and meeting colleagues from other teams. I wrote the full story on the Paddle Engineering blog.
